I have a 3 M water filter head, when I hooked up the filter to the head, the water not only flows out of the output to the faucet, but also leaks from the small tube, and got the under sink cabinet wet everywhere, now the water filter head becomes a junk. How to fix it?
Make sure you are turning the new filter completely into position. When not completely in position the head will expel water out of the small tube, attempting to relieve the pressure within the cartridge.
@@suretechwatertreatmentinc.5034 yes the water filter was completely screwed into the position. I have tried this several times.
@@suretechwatertreatmentinc.5034 today I tested to install the filter again. I found if I screwed it completely to the fully position, the water comes out from both the output and the small tube, however if I turn the filter counterclockwise a little bit, that means it is loosen a little bit, the water stops flowing out of the small tube but only flowing out of the output. And again, if I turn it clockwise to the end to its full position, the water flowed out of the small tube (and also the output) again. Is that normal?
@@helenliang9249 That is definitely not normal. I think you may have a faulty filter

Looks like your screwing it up anticlockwise
Do you leave the bleach in or use it to clean the container and rinse out? Is it meant to go through the filter into the lines to clean that too?
