I took the first one - love that R Jill also did letter stones! The three letters spell הסר, meaning "remove", as in the prayer that occurs several times in the Amidah, "remove from us all suffering and grief ". I love the instruction of this teaching - be here, attend to your boundaries, make a humble beginning as you weave prayer and devotion - I'm just starting to try to record some of the liturgical music that has come to me, and this is wonderful guidance.
