The second method is better because the leave is dried so that there is no fear of rancidity, but the first method may the fresh leave contains water so it can be rancid.

I used red palm oil with my conditioner yesterday and my hair felt clean, light and soft. I really liked it and now have a jar of red palm oil in my bathtub. I’m fair skinned and have a different texture to my hair. I look forward to the long term effects. I used African red palm oil and it is very deep reddish orange. I’m eating a little bit each day as well as I read it has been used to heal malnutrition. I’m not malnourished and don’t want to be. Have been before and that was horrid and I was so sick. Standard American diet was the problem. No matter skin tone or hair texture I can see how this would truly benefit everybody!

I had COVID that lasted around 12 days. At first, I believed I was fine but I started to lose more hair than usual. Following some research, I've come to realize it’s from the stress my body went through during that time and also the shampoo that I was using. So I started doing yoga and meditation everyday and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextraa cooconion anti hair fall kit. And today I don't face any hairfall. Thanks for this video!
