God賜予的教會之音
I recently watched Mirella Freni's performance as Mimi in the movie version of La Boheme directed by Franco Zeffirelli, which is available for free on RUclips. She convincingly projects a shy persona during the first-act encounter with Rodolfo and while singing "Mi chiamano Mimi," which seems dramatically appropriate. Although I'm something of an opera buff (albeit with a limited range of interest and taste) I'm no expert and can't even read musical notation, but for whatever it's worth I think your performance is strong, and although your Mimi is a bit more forward than Freni's that's not necessarily a bad thing in a concert performance. Last but not least, you -- like Nadine Sierra and Nataly Dessay in her prime -- are unusually attractive for a lead soprano.
Does she know what she is singing?
Of course :)
Bravo!!!!
Thank you so much!
Nelle ariette da camera di Bellini si sente già la melodia delle grandi opere del futuro maestro!
Absolutamente!!
So beautiful
Thank you :) :)
She has a wonderful voice so blessed thank you
Thank you very much! :)
Ce chant est magnifique et vous l’interpréter à merveille
Merci beaucoup! Une pièce préférée pour moi.
Красив глас!В мажора към края имате неточна интонация.Колкото до темпото,велики певци я пеят и по-бавно.

Ha, ha! Yep, was still in school :) The old performances always bring you back to earth, no?
Very nice ;)
A really wonderful performance in every way!
Awesome!
Thank you lovely!
Thank you ever so! I am so happy you felt what I felt in this performance :)
Beautiful!
This is the most amazingly emotional song - it does bring a tear to the eye - here beautifully and sensitively performed. Thank you!
@NativePrairieWolf Thank you for such praise, you are too kind!! :)
@MsOperatunist: Great name, haha! Thank you so much for the feedback and for watching :)
@voicingman: Wow, thank you, thank you!! That is indeed the highest complement and I am glad you appreciated the exquisite ensemble of this piece.
Of the many performances of this on RUclips, I think Schubert would choose this as his Like. The delicate beauty of this piece is easily submerged beneath the operatics and sheer speed of some others. Beautiful singing and ensemble.
yep, too slow, expression is lost in that tempo
Appreciate the difference in opinion, would love to discuss why you think so!
@@taylorkirksoprano the line or contour of the phrasing loses direction, and the flow of speech is somehow lost too.
@@ternitamas Appreciate your input! Yes, it does take on a different meaning for sure, and is much easier to sing at a faster tempo! Learned that later on in my career, LOL!
@@taylorkirksopranoI'm glad you took it like that, I meant good, just as a suggestion. You have a beautiful voice
Ephemeral love, this song always makes me cry. Here, the translation: How quickly all dies, the rose unfolds as the fresh mantle of the meadow. The long sighs, the lovers: Vanished! One sees in this rapid world change faster than the waves on the sand; our dreams, faster than the frost on the flowers; our hearts! I thought I was true to you, Cruel! But, alas, the longest loves are the shortest ones! And I say to you as I leave your charms, without tears; till the moment of my avowal: Goodbye!
@LianneAharoni Thank you lovely!!
beautiful!!!!
So glad you enjoyed it!!
Thank you so much <3
Beautiful playing!
All the better to learn it correctly, right ;)
