CoolSpeed® mini is a revolutionary patented ultra-high speed spindle turbine driven by coolant, cutting oil or air mist. Rotation speed for up to 75,000 rpm can be realized. The spindle is inexpensive, fits in standard tool holders for cylindrical tools, and is usable for Milling Centers, Turning Centers, and Swiss Type Lathes.

Please share the performance at 300PSI.
CoolSpeed works great at 300 psi. If the max pressure of your machine is 300 psi, then you will want to go with the Flex series product line as it has adjustable flow rates built into the spindle. Depending on the coolant system of the machine (pressure and flow rate) you should expect spindle speeds up to 50Krpm. Can this be driven with air only and fitted into a benchtop cnc mill?
Yes it can! WTO has air spindle models in the CoolSpeed mini series product line. They work on 58-73 psi at 35 cfm delivering 45K rpm.
