Actually i can't see anything to my datavideo input 1 and 2 . Camera already connected. But input 1 and input 2 is still black. I tried a different way but didn't even get output. Can you suggest me what to do right now?

Hi. This video is a little different than the instructions in the video. I have the PTC140T camera and received the firmware update from Data Video Support. The instruction procedure with the firmware is slightly different; the instructions indicate connecting to the LAN port (same). However, it also says to connect the power adapter. Don't recall a power adapter, but the camera normally is powered by the CAT 6 cable connected to the switcher. Can I still use this connection to power up the camera and perform the forward update described in your video? Or do I need to purchase a power adapter? If so, what is the model I need to purchase? Thanks. Jim

Hi there! Are there any updates on SRT availability for the NVS-34? It's noted on the product page and in the manual, but there are no instructions for how to set it up and it doesn't show up in the dropdown menu for stream type in the web UI. Will it be enabled via a firmware update eventually? Thanks!

How to get se 3200 controller.exe software control ?

I had trouble streaming from the PTC-140 to RUclips. After lots of trial and error, changing the Audio Encode Type from MP3 to AAC solved the problem.
