Eating tuna more than once a week is not great. Mercury bioaccumulates in tuna. I have some tuna that claims to be tested for mercury, but I’m still only going to eat it once in a while to give my body time to detox it. Of course, she sweats sooo much, that it’s probably less of a problem for her than the normal person.

I have depression and had a gastric bypass as well I am better but I have to work at it every day she is playing with her life and it's not going to end well.

I am on a weight loss journey and I have been weighing myself at home but when I go and get an official weigh in there is about 6kg difference so I don't weigh myself at home but my husband weighs himself there's a 1kg difference and he is slim .. so her weight is definitely not correct... in Thailand her weight was 160 plus for the scale to show that figure

She is so full of crap!! She thinks she is a health coach! Or acting like she is a professional weight watchers team member???? What a liar! She didn't get in the scale for us to see, says Salah was sleeping or busy ? She didn't want exposed. Seriously? I think Salah has put his foot down with her food craze something is going on. And, I think she is really going broke and having money issues too possibly, or she is just eating off camera. Usually she gobbles food down, she barely touched that food. She has all that cheese, bread, and she probably orders out behind the scenes? I do know? She tells so many lies, her eyes look to the side and she is thinking what lie to tell us next. She is so phoney, reminds me of a car salesman, trying to tell us a story about her dietary behaviors. Just a week ago, in Thailand, she was deathly sick, depressed, laying on that hotel couch, laying in that dark dirty hotel, acting like she was about to cry and sick and high on something and laughing coughing, carrying on, this and that. How in one week her mood shifts. She is a true con-artist. She has mental problems. What a liar! Tuna with all that mayonnaise. But i dont drink my calories, walk 5 miles daily on the treadmill minimum & very very low carb, I do 2 premiere protein shakes i blend up with half a banana, frizen mixed berries & a cup of almond milk and my meal is dinner plus 96oz of water minimum daily. I cook for my husband & make lunches for my son & husband with snacks etc. Us women are trying to stay healthy,keep our figure & not lose ourselves in motherhood. Chantals lost in food.😮

If she didn't care about hearsay or what people think, she wouldn't care to show her true weight. She wouldn't film every weigh in in some sketchy way. She probably doesn't want to go to the Obesity Clinic because Salah probably has to translate and she doesn't want him to hear what she's really supposed eat and not eat and portion sizes. Cats aren't supposed to have a lot of tuna because of the Mercury content. I actually just read this in the past week. I know pregnant women are supposed to watch their tuna intake for the same reason.

So they’re basically solid has not learned her cycle yet that she rotates around and around and he’s gonna learn right now that she’s gonna start binging again!!!! for him because we already know it’s gonna happen. He’s a fool if he’s waiting on her to change.

This scale tops out at 396 pounds. She’s over 400. Maybe even 450 pounds. And her nails are filthy. We watched her binge and seal for five weeks in Thailand and she lost weight. 🙄
