That was beautiful. But I must add that we also LOVE your other signature move which is your jump split. I would love to see that added into a routine in the future. Best wishes for your future, you are skating your best and the move to Canada is paying off.
He really is such a stunning skater. As a long time fan of the sport, this is the kind of skating that I love most. His jumps are also looking pretty darn good at the moment that first 3Lz+3T was really beautiful. I get the feeling that the lack of a competitive season this year might actually be an incredibly good thing for Jason Brown.
Just incredible. I watched the whole event, and the requirement to have the camera in one spot meant that for many skaters you really noticed it when they were a small dot somewhere at the far end of the rink (even though the camera zoomed in in some cases) but not so with Jason. You simply can't take your eyes off him. You're transported into his world for the duration of the skate. And don't get me wrong, there were some incredibly artistic and original programs in this competition, but Jason was on another level.
Having the camera fixed kind of reminds me of what it feels like to watch a competition in person, you get a much stronger feel for the patterns on the ice, the speed and the ice coverage that each skater has.
@@SeabassFishbrains Yes, I thought the same thing when watching this. The fixed camera gave me a better appreciation for the full routine, the height and distance of the jumps, etc. When presented on TV, the camera is too focused on individual moves and not the flow of the program.
Jason, you are so talented. My favorite skater by far. Thank you for this beautiful performance.
Jason is an extraordinary talent. Anyone who truly loves skating has to love to watch Jason skate. What a cool place to skate!!!
