The National WGN was still carrying the de facto WB Affiliation even after it rebranded itself as WGN Entertaining America so whenever they aired promos for The WB they identified as WGN-TV Chicago.
Dog was still appear on wgn america until it's disappeared.

I'm not sure this is from August 25, 1994. The commercial for The Simpsons at 1:30 is for "Homer's Night Out" and "Duffless", which both are documented to have repeat airings on August 14, 1994.
The commercial for the show M.A.N.T.I.S. around 3:32 shows the series premiere date as "tomorrow." M.A.N.T.I.S. premiered on August 26, 1994.

These tapes were from his father, we both weren't alive in the 90s. He lived in Lubbock for a year before moving back to Oklahoma City but I don't think he was ever in Amarillo.
