I hate that to, someone tossed a couple pups a few years back close to our house, so my wife and I bought some dog food for them, we checked on them for a few days and I guess they got strong enough and took off

Love the spirit, music and riding. Great bikes, but no protection gear? Young people these days learn through these unwise choices. Proper AA rated riding boots, kevlar jeans with D30 protection, good leather, or a similar airbag vest, kevlar mesh riding shirt with elbows and back protection with proper summer riding gloves with sliders and proper knuckle/wrist/fingers protection and a full, chin protection helmet. Huge choice is available these days , all affordable through loans. Technology in gear does help and provides an additional layer of safety. Your choice sir, but you send a wrong signal to beginners and youngsters. Happy Riding.

I own a V- Star 650 about ten years ago . I was an old Harley rider whos Harley was down at the time. This was a great bike. I rode it to, get ready. The Harley 100 in 2003. Rolling down I35 I think.vwith lots of Harley riders, that 650 didnt even break into a sweat. It handled great, I let it go and for the life of me I dont know why. Good bike.

Heck I’ll just bring my bike to you 😅 yeah I think I might be changing my clutch blades here soon, don’t know if they are factory still or been changed before being I’m the second owner, great informative vid as always 👍🏽👍🏽

Hi lp hope your good brother, oh i do sympathise brakes uuugggg I had this on my xvs 1100 dragstar ended up getting a second hand one that was in real good shape.having added up the cost of the new pistons, seals pads pins It was cheaper to get the second hand one. Somewhat worse on my bike as i couldnt even push it. Take care bro x

LP I’ve found that having a can of Freeze Off help’s free up rust better than WD40

A few weeks ago I had to lube the pivot point on my front brake handle. When you pulled on it, it was not smooth feeling. Once lubed, the front brake was way better. Always something….. lol

Wow! Hope the brakes don't lock up the front on you. That's a little scary. But if I know you, you'll get to the bottom of the problem and have it running perfect in no time. 😊 Thanks for sharing this with us LP!

It's trying to seize up and it probably ate the front pads was the start of it , I had a Suzuki street do that before .

Yeah, I agree riding with shorts on , theyll learn when they get a burn. No doubt but looks like the sportster 1200 could give them fellas a run for the money, people really underestimate how quick they are.

She’s a beauty! Nice job on the white lettering! Had Dunlop tires when I got my bike. Put Shrinko’s on 180 rear and 140 in the front. Wanted a taller tire in the rear to help with lowing the rpm on the bike. I think you can go as big as 200 on a Vulcan 900.
