Easy neck stretches for office employees - Relief from tech neck syndrome!
I'm excited to share a special corporate chair yoga session I conducted for World Yoga Day. This short video where you can follow along focuses on the benefits of isometric holds for the neck and side neck stretches, especially beneficial for office workers and those suffering from "tech neck."
Isometric Holds for the Neck:
Isometric exercises involve creating counter pressure on the sides, front, and back of the neck. These holds help strengthen neck muscles, improve posture, and reduce neck pain. The beauty of isometric holds lies in their simplicity and effectiveness-they enhance muscle stability without requiring excessive movement, making them ideal for quick office workouts.
