I just lost my cat Lily 5 years ago and she was 4 years old and she was my best friend in the world but then one night she was having seizures and whimpering so we took her to the vet and the vets said she will have a vaccination and I'll be ok I was so worried about her then at the morning she wasn't moving so we took her to the vet and she passed away in my heart I'll always be there for you RIP LILY☠️🪨

I miss my doggie granddaughter. Her name was Bo. I called her Bo Baby. She was my son's emotional support dog. Such a sweet and loving dog. ❤️

our chocolate lab passed away suddenly back in 2011. Was completely out of the blue. We were stunned and devastated. Later that day, I was outside walking our other dogs and I noticed that Hurley had left some footprints in the soft/muddy ground in the back yard. I carefully scooped up that footprint and the surrounding dirt and wrapped it up in a towel. It dried perfectly without breaking or being distorted. I still have it wrapped in that same towel next to his collar. I look at it every once in a while.

Last year I lost both of my best friends. The last time I honestly had a good cry was both of their deaths, October 24th 2023 and November 23rd 2023. One I've known since I was born and the othwr was shortly thereafter. The first one we had to put to sleep, which I was so upset and against it up until the last night when I slept outside with him and I saw how bad it really was. He was going potty all over himself and had to lay in it, and he was whining all night almost, and around 2 the sprinklers came on and started to get him wet but he couldn't even move because his legs were so weak, and that did it for me, I knew I had to let him go. The sprinklers, the inability to stand, going potty on himself, the pain, the bleeding elbows from laying for so long. I tried to change out his pads and gently get him away from the place thw sprinklers were, but he was so big I couldn't carry him and everyone else in the house was asleep inside, so I wrapped him in a towel and tried to cover him away from the sprinkler, pressing a towel against the screen room. All the while my other baby was watching, and I could tell she knew, pets really are so much smarter than we think, she was always so so expressive with her eyes and I could see how sad she was to lose her best friend of so long. The next day he was put to sleep, we got his footprint, but it's never enough to make up for our sweet baby. A day under 2 months later, she was found dead, none of us guessed it, her health was perfect, but we all knew she just missed her best friend. She was never as playful or sweet after he was gone. I have a shelf in my bedroom dedicated to both of them, everything I collected over the years, including a footprint, a dead hibiscus flower from a tree my boy was always sitting under, and it's the flower he smelled right before he was asleep. I also have my baby girls favorite toy and a lot of pictures of them, I recently was sitting by the bushes and found an old tennis ball, it was there's. I know it was, the brand, the bushes they played by. I miss them so much every day. And I took their love for granted and I hate myself so much for it. I could have taken just 5 more minutes out of my day to sit with them, instead I missed the chance so many times. I'm sorry my babies, I love you both so much and I hope you're up there looking down, I'll see you all again soon, save a spot for me. Love you, fly high Angels. 🤍🪽 Also if you read this far which I doubt anyone will, thank you so much.🤍

My dog Maddie we had to put down and I just have never cried ever again and this one video got all my saved up tears for six years and I really feel what it is like to have a animal gone just like that I also had to put down skittles my cat about five years ago and then we had to put down Marley my dog who had a lump in her stomach and that was about three years ago and then Lola was put down two years ago all of these animals were put down because they where sick

My old friend Riri is 14 we've been through homelessness together and had some pretty rough times but when I'm feeling down she always brings a smile to my face now we're staying in a nice cozy house with a fireplace and she's always in front of it we're both living a comfortable life now but I'd hate to see the day she goes to doggie heaven would be absolutely heartbreaking

I remember when I lost my pet, I cried all night. The next morning, it was raining and we saw at least 4 rainbows. Now each time I see a rainbow, I think of him.
