I brought mine 6 days ago and they are sooo scared I don't know what to do😢 As soon as I put my hand in to feed them they keep flying😭

2 days back I found a Budgie. It came into our house. We gave it few rice grains. Since then it never went back. Then, we kept the grains on our palm and it happily ate it. When we keep our finger in front of it, the budgie climbs.. He sleeps on the railing of the window. So, now I have question, that is it necessary to have a cage, for me?

my budgie 1 is like : ok hmm this person is feeding me near the door and my head is almost out of the cage , i should fly and sit on the fan and my budgie 2 is like :hmm he is trying to feed me with his hands i will eat a little and start the fight and then i will go sit in the corner of the cage while drooling and looking at the food container

I bought 2 buggies recently before this also i had 4 buggies but they flew so ya its not first time me have a bird pet so it has been 2 weeks since i bought my buggies so i feel they are comfortable around and one buggie is behaving very weird from 2-3 days (before he was fine)either his both eye are closed and he is puffed up all the time or his one eye is closed rarely seen eating usually he use to constantly go up and down in the cage but now for hours he is sitting on the same place and not making noises.. usually when i use to play sound of other buggies on RUclips he use to shout but now he reamins silent i cant figure whats happening i tried makung him drink water and putting a bit on the eye that he is not opening but still he didn't drank water nor he opened his eye pls tell me whats wrong i am very nervous
