I think I have IBS one week now. Stabbing cramp pains around the tummy in random places, especially after I eat and before a poo. As soon as poo is done it's a bit better. Then it repeats. Get waves of feeling sickness too. Suffer from piles too. Strange. I had a colonoscopy 2 years ago and all fine, they just defected piles.
