one of my favorite band covering one of my favorite songs - i never explored much of flaming lips, always kinda loved and played a lot of songs from yoshimi album and felt guilty about now exploring them more (she dont use jelly !!! <3) but their power to fuse psychedelic rock and loud guitars and stuff and take it into a perfect nostalgic summery pop format was always a mystery and fascination to me. i guess they inspired mgmt and i love mgmt, so, this exploration now of this existing, divine comedy, beautiful divine comedy, charming neil hannon covering flaming lips marks a new task for me: explore more of flaming lips! <3
