Zeppet Store - SWING, SLIDE, SANDPIT (Full Album)
SWING, SLIDE, SANDPIT is the first full-length studio album by J-Rock band Zeppet Store, released in June 15 of 1994, released through the japanese underground label Under Flower Records.
This is their only album with bassist Yukifumi Touya, who left the band in 1996 and was later replaced by Yuichi Nakamura.
The label pressed 1,000 copies of the album but it didn't sell well, so Zeppet Store were on the verge of disbanding until Hide of X-Japan fame (RIP) discovered the album and liked it so much he signed them to his LEMONed label.
The original pressing of this record is pretty hard to find and expensive to buy, it was eventually remastered and re-released in May 16 of 2007 with a bonus CD...

No encontré mucha info de esta banda pero recuerdo ver el video de la canción 'Calendario' en MTV por el 2007. Lo puse como un bonus track! Antes de que The Pillows o Supercar definieran este sonido de rock alternativo japónes y lo dieran a conocer comercialmente, Zeppet Store ya lo tenían definido (en esa época the pillows todavía andaban explorando un sonido más swing o jazz/shibuya kei)
