Most of those rooms are huge, some way too big for their purpose. I always think about the heating situation on looking at a house ! Lovely views tho - a great spot to live ! Not a thing to do to that home except add your own little touches - spotless !

The only thing I would love you to do, is to have an aerial view that shows the property boundaries, as well as details: Sqf/sqm of the property itself, and the land. That is useful information to have. Very much appreciated. Also wondering whether Non EU citizens can buy this, what the total closing costs would be, and annual taxes on property.

The location is absolutely beautiful - Spanish archway in front is a little out of place - looks a bit foolish - I would have to change that ! A lovely home otherwise !
