@@AlizeStevie can’t help, this is a internal Microsoft issue which I have no control over, however this issue has also occurred on the series X and Xbox one SOLUTION One solution I may have is to try to connect to a hotspot router rather than your standard Wi-Fi router

@@braxen3937 I wonder if Microsoft wants users to finally upgrade and is doing this so further its sales. There is still a lot of 360 users myself included. Both of my xbox ones hdmi ports fried but my 360 is going strong. I don't want to upgrade just yet lol.

@@burning1995 the only way to probably do that is by USB transfer. If you don’t have a USB I don’t believe that you can transfer date through the internet.

@@burning1995 also if you have DLCs that you’ve purchased with that account then go to your account setting and look at download history. There you should be able to download any old content you’ve purchased

@@FrostByte106 so if u get a usb and plug it into the xbox I could go to the storage, choose the account with the data, put it on the usb, then from the usb put that data into the xbox live account right?

and would it be possible to duplicate that data to still have the save file on the original account? if not its alright but let me know if thats how you do it

@@Randomdude-s3n yep, in order to get it just purchase a game pass subscription on your account from Xbox.com Make sure it’s on the same account as the 360

@@Randomdude-s3n by the way I had to explain this to another person. MOST game servers are completely SHUTDOWN. If you want to play online in most of the 360 games I suggest finding people through discord and stuff to friend someone with a modded console. However if your not running global matchmaking online, you can still play locally with your friends via internet through custom games

@@TacoRc the games servers are down, i recommend to try and find a community that you can add a friend from. Like discord and stuff. In order to play your gonna need someone with a modded console to play online. OR you can still make custom games and invite your friends to them. Sadly the servers are down for global matchmaking on the 360. And also in order to play online you’ll need a game pass subscription. It’ll turn it into Xbox live gold membership on the 360 Hope this helps

I have an account with gamepass ultimate but when I I log into the 360 it says I don’t have gold. Maybe it’s just obsolete.

@@TacoRc yeah it probably is. I would try to at least play with a friend or find someone to add, and try it in a custom game. Not global mm.

@@TacoRc another thing is that you should try to go to account settings on the Xbox home menu. After you get there look at subscriptions. Make sure it’s on there. Also I just watched multiple BO2 videos on that problem, it seems like everyone’s trying to do the “delete your account” process, HOWEVER DO NOT DO THAT. It doesn’t lead anywhere. Tbh as well, I believe the game just doesn’t work with Xbox live anymore.

@@UpDwnTV go to Xbox.com and make sure you own the game. Then if it’s on Xbox.com hit download again. If the game isn’t on Xbox.com go to your account settings on your 360 and then go to download history. The game should be there.

@@daelancooper3460 that may be a solution that I’ll have to keep in mind. However the account I was trying to previously download in the video just has Xbox live silver so I’ll have to try this if I get a chance. Thanks

@@MR.MISING2.0 same. It’s a Microsoft issue and people have been having the same problem with Xbox one. So I think it’s just a bug that’s in Microsoft right now kinda like the recent PSN bug which took all online services from all PlayStation consoles down for like a week

Yea this video was made before the store closed. I’m currently in your shoes. I’m trying to download my account and it’s not working. I can’t find any videos on it. All I found was bad news and people saying it’s not possible anymore. I hope that’s not the case. I bought a lot of games and I want to play. Xbox servers are still up but people trying to sign in doesn’t work. I can’t make sense of it.

@ it’s a worldwide Microsoft issue which no one in these comments are understanding. “Let me please get through to you” This is not just an Xbox 360 issue This is also a Xbox 1 and series x issue where people can’t sign in. Microsoft has a **** I.T. “Technical Support” team which is why these problems occur When the error gets fixed for all consoles however it will be fixed for 360 since all Xbox servers are intertwined

@@joshmangamer255 it’s probably an internal error, but I doubt it. I would just check the internet on your Xbox and possibly try to reset the system cache on your 360 I have a video on how to do that right here

@@realmotionent.2746 sorry I don’t do payments of any kind. Also if you’re having trouble playing with your friend on Xbox one you probably don’t need a new account. Just make sure that your internet is working and that your friends console is working as well. If you’re getting an error code google it and it’ll help you out. Also check and make sure BO1 is up to date as well as if online is still supported on the Xbox one Hope this helps
