The bravery it takes to share your story and what you are going through is commendable

As long as we have life, we all have to keep playing our part (i.e we all are life actors & have to keep acting all our life with us and the rest of the world) Death teaches us the harsh reality of the temporary nature of life. Introspection helps. Thinking about death once in a while helps. We cant fear it all our life. As far as suicide is concerned, I get it. When mind isnt in our control, we are helpless. But thats the ultimate game, to keep the mind sane, to build a mechanism within, that will make mind understand that its just a part of the body (& not the whole body). If the body is ok & wants to live, it will be selfish on the part of mind to kill it. Loving oneself is imparative to attain this.Our connection with us & the rest of the universe needs to be strong. I keep reminding myself of death every day, its scary but inevitable (atleast as of now, but who knows we would be able to recharge our life some day, lol). Keep things simple, love every element of the universe, particularly on earth, the birds, the pets etc. Observe them and cherish them . At least we have the luxury to be depressed, they dont even have it, they dont care. Act well. Be back stronger.
