It is a process, sometimes it can be incredibly difficult, but it is simply about opening the door to your heart again and freeing yourself of being a prisoner of either people, circumstances or a condition, so that you can start living in love and compassion again. Do keep watching the series . Part 3 is on my channel and in the first week of November, the last part would be uploaded. You wikk definitely find more answers to some of your questions as you walk on this path of peace and coming into a state of right relationship!

I have heard your episode of forgiveness and have given a deep thought to it. Though it is easier said than done but it has given me a little strength to practice it through meditation. It has also given me a bit of fear that if I don’t forgive I may lead to some sort of ailment. Tell me about the remedy and repercussions without having a fear of the unknown

The only way out is in forgiveness ...All the difficult and painful relationships in our life are our 'sacred friends ', a term coined by His Holiness the Dalai Lama. I am starting a new series on the grace of forgiveness from September. You will hopefully get another perspective about all the challenging relationships and also the way forward.

I am always curious to know that if a person constantly hurting you or troubling you, taking away your peace of mind, your freedom,then what to do? I have got over from this thing from outside people but family members,is it possible to find a solution.Because we are constantly in touch with such people and difficult to avoid.Please help.Loved your video and instantly subscribed . Hope to get reply.Also how long you can ye dard sahan kar sakte hai,it's years and years.Couples get divorce and get free from bonding.
