This is so helpful i’ve rowed since I started secondary school but it’s been a bit of time since I coxed with my current crew and they use different commands to the once’s I’m used to so this is great

I have an incompetent coxswain and I hope if he watches this he might be able to steer

This video is super helpful. I did crew as a cox for years in high school but took some time off and then went to a community college. In the fall ill hopefully be at a state school as a cox for them but its been awhile and i needed a review of calls. Thanks!
