SACS offers contemporary, evidence-based approaches to human resource management, using best practice online tools such as psychometric testing, employee engagement and wellbeing surveys and 360 degree feedback, to guide individual and group development, workforce planning initiatives and HR strategies. Our services support employee engagement, staff wellbeing and effective leadership behaviours.
The SACS Psychometric Assessment Portal is used by many organisations across sectors who utilise psychometric testing as part of their recruitment and ongoing people development. We provide normative personality questionnaires and values assessments, along with cognitive ability tests and a range of additional speciality measures, such as resilience, integrity and attitudes toward diversity.
SACS provides additional HR consulting services, including high-performance modelling and tailored individual and group development. We also run regular free events on common workplace challenges.
