Had mine on early on today was going grand then I notice it stops running properly.... Its was going off after 3 seconds then back on after 3 seconds it's constantly doing won't fire up and just run any ideas??

Quick tip - I have the same model Nr valve, but it looks physically different. My one has what looks like a button but is in fact a cap. Pull that off and you’ll see a little needle. That is the button. You can use an Allen key or narrow pliers to push it down.

hi when our boiler fires up the air vent ducting pipe shakes then it goes to lockout any advice?

I’ve got an air source it’s got the loop on it but I can’t turn the black levers what am I doing wrong do I have to release something first ?

I pressed the button, the boiler turns on briefly (about 10 seconds) then turns back off and the red light illuminates again. Any idea how to fix this?

I have a Worcester oil boiler greenslave 6 year's old,has stated to cut out and fault code F9 588, Worcester engineer has been out,checked tank for water all ok,checked filters,ok,new nozzle,no air in the system, diagnostic check showing everything as it should,1 hour here boiler working,then halve an hour cut out same fault code F 588, phoned he thinks it needs a new pump, any ideas thanks

Hi, is it an issue if you pull out the reset button completely - ie it completely comes out of the valve? I was looking at mine and pulled it, and it came off in my hand. I put it back into the unit but am now worried that I will have caused an issue.

Hi what if my red light is not on? Any idea?

Ive a grant outdoor boiler, its only firing up when the outdoor boiler switch is on AND the test switch is on. If I turn test switch off the boiler wont fire up. Any ideas as by leaving the test switch on permanently the boiler makes a low hum 24/7. Sounds like a car lying idle in the driveway at 3am every night
