LOVE these photos! Thank You for posting them! Woodstock happened a few years before I was born, but I grew up watching it, listening to the music and feeling a part of it anyway. I think as long as people keep it alive on the internet, it will still be a place people can go to, even on a RUclips vide, to be present in those great peaceful Woodstock vibes. I watched this after your video of Trump’s building imploding, so both symbolize a return to peace in a different way. 😃☮️

I worked there from 1991 to 1998. It was an amazing place: They had their own Security force, Fire Department, water and power supply, sewage treatment facility, Post Office, Bank, Credit Union, TV broadcast center, two cafeterias, Inner Space full service dining, a gift shop, dry cleaning service, vehicle oil change service, medical department and so much more. These images sadden me. Its such a shame what happened to it.

Yes. My first job after Grad School was in Holmdel. And I met my wife there 31 years ago.

This is the annual Moscow International Military Tattoo. There is a similar show in Norfolk, VA each April and Halifax, NS at the beginning of July. Both are indoors. and worth a trip. Google Virginia International Tattoo or Nova Scotia International Tattoo.

Can't say for sure since we only walked the beach and didn't stay on that beach. However, the places north of the Marriott were smaller, and didn't have the crowded beachfront. I would stay away from resorts south of the Marriott since that's where the cruise ships dock and unload their passengers. If you want peace, quiet, isolated beautiful beaches and delicious food, I would recommend the Eastern resorts of Morritts and Reef where we stayed.
