Yes, I think you can. There are some terms and conditions but the easiest way to find out if you can get the hotel is telephone your local Air China helpline, give them your ticket details and if you are eligible, they will arrange the hotel for you. Good luck.

You should be fine, but you must arrange the pick up direct with the hotel. Do this closer to the date of your stay and be sure to have their contact details to hand in case you are delayed at immigration. Our experience was that the Crowne Plaza pick up service was on demand rather than to a set schedule. Have a good trip.

Hi, no I didn't have an esim so had to pay roaming charges to call the hotel. I did try a vpn to connect to WiFi in the hotel but it couldn't connect and they refunded me. Thanks for watching.

Did you book the flight direct with the airline? I think if you booked through an agent this may be a reason why.

I might be wrong about that or it might not be relevant. My advice is to call your Air China helpline. If your booking isnt eligible, they will explain why.

Hello, no problems communicating re making the booking. The only difficulty was telephoning the hotel on arrival in Beijing because long immigration queues had caused us to miss our arranged pick up. The concierge did speak English, I was just slow to understand. Thanks for watching.
