I love how these people talk about "self love" as though it's somehow foreign for a person to be self-serving. The difficult, uncommon, and honorable thing is to be selfless and to take care of the needs of others, which ironically usually results in a more fulfilling life for yourself because you build quality relationships and are not fixated on your own problems.

Sorry in advance for my english but I feel the need to comment this wonderful video. Thank you so much Brittany for being here. I follow you for a while and you always move me when you speak. That was such a beautiful message and it makes me really emotional. I feel so lost and alone at time and when you said that we should be proud it hit me hard. Sometimes I don't feel like I should be proud, I feel bad for being in this state. This message was needed I think, even though I don't feel like it sometimes. I'm starting to feel less guilt for searching myself because I never trully had the chance to find me. I feel sick of this society and it's hard to navigate all of this alone. This hit all the feels. I feel like my inner child/teenager resonates with Holly's story and my young adult to now resonates with Brittany's story. Just wow. You both hit home with this one. Thank you so much for bringing awareness to this subject because it is per my belief that almost everyone I know is struggling with these mental disorders. Prior to my daughter being born in 2019 my husband and I lived at the gym and our diet/lifestyle revolved around Keto (before keto was a fad diet and before anything in the grocery was labeled keto). Looking back now, we were totally binging and creating horrible habits. I was so thin but obsessed about my lower belly never being flat/muscular no matter what I did- ugh. Now after my daughter was born i totally thought i could drop the baby weight so fast getting back to it but becoming a mother completely changed who i was and how i could function. I felt so lost and defeated because i just couldn't figure it out like i had prior. The last year for me has been devoted to self love and loving my body as she is and i've successfully transformed my body just believing in her and loving her. Being concious of my thoughts around food and literally talking with myself before i eat something that i would typically deem bad for me, but sit with it and find the joy and comfort it brings me. Coming back into balance has been a long road but i'm so happy to chose to start the journey! Thankful for you two! ❤

This was so good. Agree that healing while in a healthy relationship where both partners are healing is so beautiful. My bf and I trigger each other the past 5yrs and have been on our own healing path but supporting each other. Bf has had a rough spring of shadow work and he’s had some hard truths to realize, admit, and accept. We can’t push our men to heal but we can be the example of healing that will eventually trigger their healing if they’re open to it. I had come to an acceptance that he would not heal further when I knew he had a lot of work to do and once I let go of the wanting him to heal and accepted him as is the universe it started pushing him to heal. It’s been a beautiful journey.

Men need help. Okay. No doubt. But when women suffer the inequalities they face daily, how is it that you’ve settled on coddling men? They know when they do wrong, and you tell them it isn’t their fault. Sorry, but you aren’t helping.

How does someone choose their lifetime?

Free healthcare and free mental health therapies. We are in a mental health crisis because our countries finances and healthcare are too costly so the rich can become richer and the poor continue to ration food and medicine and die. How do I know??? I am over middle-aged and I live it. You want to ask me questions? Ask me. What I know, I'll absolutely answer! If I don't know then I will let you know. I have nithing to gain by lying because im wanting the rest of society to know and understand. To learn what they dont experience. There will be no balance without communicating. Dont blame the mental health crisis on meds not working; yes, they are over prescribed and, yes, they are a bandaid. It is easier to ask for help to break abusive cycles when you SEE that they CAN be broken. It's easier to seek treatment when poor mental health isnt looked down upon and isn't a stigma. Im serious ask questions. Not just me...just keep asking questions. QUESTION EVERYTHING AND THINK FOR YOURSELF! Apologies for typos and poor grammar. I found it more important to say this immediately due to my need for sleep, rather than nit-pick the grammar errors. Thanx!

I lost my loved one to suicide two years ago. He committed suicide in front of me. This video resonates with me deeply and touches my heart. Thank you, Brie Osha, for sharing your journey, and thank you, Brittney, for your existence. I truly appreciate you.

Thank you for this. It triggered me in such a way cuz I’ve never had the group of girl friends that I always saw everyone else have growing up in person and on tv. I thought once I was in each next stage in life it would happen but I’m 34 now and it never has. I’ve had a female friend here and there that we always disconnect over time due to life. My friends came from coworkers but once we weren’t working together anymore the closeness disappeared and it was realized they were just proximity friends. And now being in a completely different part of my life that doesn’t follow the societal norm and in an area that doesn’t have ways to meet likeminded individuals I’ve become so discouraged in ever getting a female friend group.
