just having some fun at 4.3 with the BT-5 then flying around with the i-16 type 27, got a talisman afterwards for another favorite tank :)

Where most games used actual star wars music - this was original yet feels distinctly star wars !
If I’m not mistaken, the guy who composed this was selected specifically because he could write pieces that sounded like John Williams’ style
He scored the Young Indiana Jones show, that makes him worthy in my eyes.
I hear this in my head on... Mondays. 😑
Man what happened to our beloved Star Wars? I remember playing this level and this music comes on and it sounds star wars. The level design. The difficulty. The characters felt like a star wars story. The dialogue was very star wars. Nowadays, even Mandalorian, it's not the same. I mean don't get me wrong, Mandalorian is ok. Andor writing was great but Andor lacked the fantasy dark grimness of Star Wars. It's like nowadays we need robot rights, gender equality in SW ffs! What happened to escaping into this universe? Star Wars has been commandeered by these younglings with all their safe spaces and ideology and it's just not fun anymore. Long live the Original Theatrical release of the Trilogy. Everything else apart from some of the now 'non canon' novels has just gotten worse. I came for this soundtrack and I'm staying for it my fellow Jedi Knights. We are a dying breed, from a more civilized age. Before the dark times, before Kathleen Kennedy.
What happened to 'this Star Wars?" The expanded universe from the 90s is long gone. "This Star Wars wasn't a George Lucas creation per se, but talented people that added to the expanded universe after the original trilogy should take credit. Like Steve Perry. The other books, comics, and cards, along with the experience of watching the 'old movies' made it easier for your imagination to run wild with what could have been.
Anything to get out of that damn sewer...

An SOTE film in the vein of Empire Strikes Back (dark, with high stakes) produced by Lucas and directed by a competent director would have been amazing.

U legitimate initial D'ed into that building XD
Brings back great memories of one of the hardest and darkest levels on the N64, with the boss that was so hard you pretty much had to save almost all of your special weapons from the entire game for him, the final level was just so they could say you flew in and blew up a “core”, this was the real end stage
I just wish i could find a tube tv so it would look ok, every time I play anything old on a modern screen it looks gawdawful...
Oh I did, because I had a feeling the last boss would be the hardest

Man it would be the greatest scene to see Dash Rendar say *I got a Bad Feeling about This* and Xiztor Palaces music plays ...

That tatooine level with the speeder bikes was more annoying if you meant to collect the points.

I read somewhere that McNelly was the original SW composer and that he was robbed by John William's. Probably nonsense but this OST sounds way more like original SW movie than everything else since.
