請問只有300g面粉放2 teaspoon鹽不會太咸嗎？
会！但是盐多放会让面条更筋道，另外如果你不是当天吃完，盐多放会延长面条的保质期！而且当你清水烫面条（最好再过一次冷水），面条的盐分会被去掉很多；然后配上高汤或调味汤就完美了。 当然，如果你做的面条只为一次性吃完可以略略少放盐。

理论上可以的！ 没有问题，但是配比就不知道了，我没用过。你可以按照说明用量试试！

水太多了
这个配方原则上面粉开始揉时会很硬的！如果你发现水多了，就要注意面粉储存时间可能有点长了，面粉的吸湿性很强，另外温度高面粉中的蛋白质也会使到破坏，酶活力增高，化学反应不正常，而面粉的含水量高时，容易变质及发霉，这都会影响面粉的质量。理想的储存温度都是在18℃-24℃，湿度在60%-70%之间。建议保存不要超过半年（我的面粉通常3个月就丢弃，因为你不知道生产商存了多久）。每次购买小量，最好能真空冷藏。生酮饮食人士更过分地认为小麦研磨后一周面粉就会失去活性了。 在搬家中，回复慢，抱歉！有问题感谢继续留言！ Sierra
