Hello, I purchased your set and I am having serious issues with retargeting where the retargeted skeleton, even the default unreal mannequin slides left or right when swinging weapons instead of staying in place. Do you know why?

Bloody hell... I must agree with a comment I read on the other video about the Warrior Sword set... timing is the best value in this set, together with the overall aesthetic. Just a suggestion about the "KnockDown_End"... is the only one I would make slower, a giant is supposed to be slower standing up. Adding also a brief shake of the head sitting on the ground, with a hand on the head just right before actually standing up completely, would add a special touch to that animation. All the rest looks absolutely perfect. A real work of art.
Supercool pure sword based animation set, very complete. It makes me wish for more. A showcase of some combo with them would be helpful and great to watch. Funny note: the "Hit_Back" animation { 1:00 } would be good in a Heavy Metal concert scene, for headbanging!
Looking at purchasing this real soon, but wondering if there is a possibility to add an equip and unequip animation for the idle and idle_battle state. Otherwise there is this unreasonable crossfade that I'll script to blend between them, and the feet will look odd. I've had to do that to a few animations and it doesn't look great. I'll be purchasing it either way for the attacks, but would like to know if a transition animation is something you'd consider adding.

Root motion. Thanks
You can disable rootmotion on the animation. In the "Asset Details" panel (left side) search for "Root" and click the "Force Root Lock" and make sure "Enable Root Motion" is unchecked. One of those two should do it

The way you've done the guard animations, it's not possible really fluidly use them with a system where you can move and guard at the same time. Might be something to consider in future :)

Im really considering getting these animations for a game i am working on. It looks really fucking good. I currently have a walking/running animation system (Advance Locomotion v3 ) from the UE4 market place. Is it possible to still use those animations for walking/running, and then adding your animations for the 1H weapon attacks and running with weapon?
Hello. If the skeleton structure is the same (Warrior Sword has the same skeleton as the default UE Mannequin) I guess it would work. But I 'm not guarantee since I didn't work with Advance Locomotion v3 system. It would be better ask to Advance Locomotion v3 creator.

@@Captt95 And again I'm not sure does the Warrior Sword anims work with Advance Locomotion v3 or not. But I can say I'll add strafe walking and running anims to Warrior Sword anim pack and update it later. And then make a separate "Attacks only" (I'll make a bunch of attack anims) anim pack for Warrior Sword as extension. It would take time because I'm working on Giant Unarmed anim pack right now.

@@3sgamestudio It's a "Giant unarmed anim pack", I'm thinking about a few Giant anim packs with different weapons. Thanks for feedback , I'll add and update 8 way walking later. Then I think to do an Attacks only anim pack for existing Warrior Sword.
