Hey Jack, thanks for the comment.. unfortunately due to the current Covid situation the prices can change massively in the upcoming months so rather than attach a price to it now (where it could change later) we have left it blank for the inquires… however, as it stands.. the price is 16,000 THB per month

@@jefftam18 Hi Jack, thats a good question... I would say in general the prices have dropped dramatically during this pandemic..however, as majority of units are individually owned, there has been no exact pricing schedule ect, it really does depend on each individual unit/owner on how much they are willing/need to reduce the rent in order to gain a tenant, so it will depend on the scenario, so while there are some great deals out there, some property prices have remained the same (or slightly negotiable but not much). This particular unit rented for 23,000 THB prior to covid.

Thanks for the message, I would say that it varies depending exactly on which BTS/MRT station you would like to be based at..with the current situation in Bangkok however, there are deals at any area of the city so I’d say you can spend anything from 12k up to 40k for a one bed.. the three month let might narrow down the options a bit, but everything comes down to the individual owner and their want/need to have their property full rather than empty!
