The drama tells of Vharazipi, a corrupt headman who manipulates the distribution of food and other inputs in his area, to get whatever he wants, including women. The Second instalment is set after election time, picking off from the end of part 1 and takes a deeper insight into the headman's dramatic life as he continues to threaten, even the arm of the law, and abuse his position to seek sexual favours from the women in the village as well as gaining political mileage.
