I don't have faith Bloober knows how to handle nuanced horror themes well. Hopefully they hired someone to help them.

I've had so much faith and hope in this remake since it was announced. It was an uphill battle but if all the reviews I've seen are to be believed, Bloober made the climb beautifully.

For some reason, your accent and your avatar together make me laugh. Not in a bad way, it's pretty cool.

Love the new look Witchy!!!! They really did well with this trailer. A bit spoilery for my taste but I get why they went this direction. Glad this partnership seems to have been fruitful for both Konami and Bloober and the two ended up bringing out the best out of the other. They said this is probably not the end of the road for the two together and I really do hope if Konami plans on continuing with these RE-style remakes that they work with Bloober on them moving forward. SH4 next plz!

I just subscribed cause you really seem like a person who knows what's talking about, and i can notice the love and care you have for the franchise. I'll be pleased to watch your walkthrough ✌🏻 I'm not a hardcore fan of the Silent Hill series but i can see why people love it, and these recent trailers definitely got my hype, Bloober is just cooking 🔥 Speaking of trailers, a new gameplay footage was released yesterday, it has the very first 90min of the game, will you make a reaction video? If yes, i'd recommend taking the original japanese footage so the characters will actually have a voice lol.

The environment from the original looks better. As in looks more decayed & old. Hopefully I'm proven wrong in October

I just can't get on board with all the changes to maria. she look ridiculous and that's not even how Jame's mind would see her. Did the people make the game play the game? Or are they being puppeteered by greater powers?

The dress has the leapord print. And you can see the tattoo on her chest. Shes not that far off ftom the original at all. Almost identical to original concept art.

New Maria's just shooting her lines without any passion. No intonation, no pauses, nothing... They didn't even try to recreate original tone of voice...

Mary in jail scene is foundational, and they’ve messed it up. It’s the first and only moment where Maria starts as Mary, then shifts to Maria’s seductive tone, and finally reveals herself completely with "I am not your Mary." It’s the moment we witness the duality of the character, which makes it so uncomfortable and terrifying. Now, she is serious the entire time, without Mary’s warmth or Maria’s seduction and flirtation. Someone at Bloober Team clearly does not understand what Silent Hill 2 is about. Very disappointed and definitely not giving them 70 bucks for this “modern audience” game.
