You don't need to stop for sheep. Just continue at a very slow speed and they will get out of your way.

That solved the solution!

There’s an error in your video. You do not need to flip both the stopper and the throttle assembly. If you do so, it will not work correctly. Leave the stopper plate(what covers the spring) in place, and just flip the throttle assembly(the plate on top of stopper).

GREAT VIDEO sorry for the looooong post. Maybe you can help me. I have twin yamaha's with 230 hours and my twin lever forward control binical is not opening the throttles at the same rate. They start out fine at low rpms but then the more you give it gas the discrepancy between throttles openings happens. When I run at high speed the right handle has to be more forward that the left for both engines to have the same throttle opening and same RPMs. I thought at first that the throttle parts, cable, levers or rods on the outboards could be loose or worn out. They are ok. Then I focused on the curvature of the accelerator levers, thinking that one could be more worn than the other causing the difference in throttle openings. But they both seem to have the same curve with no visible ware. Both engines have been synchronized at neutral and at idle in gear. Both idle at 700 rpm in neutral and in gear and both show a wide open throttle when the binical handles are all the way forward. The discrepancy between throttles happens in the mid to high range. With the left engine running at 5k and the right at 3.5k with the binical handles flush together at mid range. If I go full forward they even out at 6k. If I back down they even out at 3k. But if i want to run them in the 4k to 5k range the right handle needs to be offset forward to even them out. I am positive that it is not an issue of one motor running "stronger" than the other like I have read in answers on other posts about twin synchronization. I am positive because I have actually measured both throttle openings with the handles flush and parallel to each other at different acceleration ranges and the throttle openings are physically inconsistent. At one range you don't even have to measure them, it is obvious by just looking at them. (This is the acceleration range were I get the biggest discrepancy between both engines, 5k vs 3.5k.) So now I'm focusing on the binical system. Both handles have a little bit of back and forth play before they actually pull or push or actuate. Is that normal? What could be causing them to not work at the same rate of throttle opening in the mid to high range? Thank you in advance for your help.
