Yes, connect the keyboard via Bluetooth and wireless mouse can be connected with same Bluetooth at same time (I am also doing the same)

Moreover you can connect the wired mouse via OTG cable also Or wireless (which has only dongle/not Bluetooth) with otg cable I hope you got your answer!
