Both are equally good in their own respect but the clear winner is mhz, if you want a stand alone grimlock thats your go2 but it may have a slight problem scaling with the mft dinobots

Great presentation and review! As comprehensive and thorough as it gets for less than 4 minutes! I think that MFT is probably the most cartoon-accurate implementation of the character, am I right? Takara Legends as well as Titan Returns seem to me more free, stylized interpretations.

Definately looks the part and seems a fun little pocket bot. I prefer the size of earthrise DD tho to go with other legend scale bots, but that's just me. Great video, Ken!!

Nice comparison, Ken! I used to have the PocketToys one, but only transformed him once i think? So eventually sold him on and now a G1 actionmaster Shockwave just stands in for him amongst my Legends figures 😂

SS is high quality, middle engineering, very very expensive;😖 MS is high quality, great engineering, a bit expensive;🥺 MFT is middle quality, middle engineering, cheap.🤔 And I really don't know what I should buy, because Shockwave is really interesting character 🙃

The dragstrip is really great. I need to go back and get the two other ones for this set. But I'm really looking forward to the menasor. And that fact that the feet and chest bit make a 6th member to the stunticon team is really cool. Though I am not sure if we will ever get a G2 repaint since it is taking a long time for these ones to just come out. But if it did and they fixed the problems with the joints on the first guy maybe fix the arms so it hides those gaps I would definitely get the G2 repaint. I do hope they make the sword bigger for menasor looks a little small. But I do like how for wildrider they included a part to fix deadend and that on their message board they said they are including a new gun for dragstrip becuase the one he comes with is to tight.

The way the arms work is a neat concept but it’s nice MFT fixed them being a pain to get out, but atleast there isn’t a void between the chest and head now! 😅
