We paid due diligence fee for a townhome and then the inspection showed so many repairs were needed that the owner was not willing to do. The owner can just keep raking in the fees for all those would-be buyers before someone is willing to buy the house as is. Set up to abuse people. Be careful out there.

Dont buy a house in North carolina, they are over priced, theres no high paying work and it wont appreciate once the baby boomers stop buying
