@mhdickson Easy done as I've done it myself....no criticism was meant at all. I've not long acquired an 8mm projector myself and I'm hoping to be able to do the same soon. Good luck with your task, I look forward to seeing them !

@@DavidGarside cool ! Good luck with that , getting a projector was one of my options, but I ended up using an 8mm film scanner , it scans every frame then stitches them into an mp4. I have used I movie to stabilise some , works fine but the result sometimes has black blocks when the original is very jumpy. I expect some sort of AI update to fill in the gaps like I can do in photoshop - it’s more of an advanced fill feature , using the source to extrapolate backgrounds which I’m much more comfortable with as it’s not pinching anyone’s work!

@@DavidGarsideit’s a Wolverine F20 Moviemaker Pro . Maybe newer models since or alternative brands but it was the most economical that had decent specs when I was looking for one.

Your driving up the freeway it's on the right hand side coming from Sydney. I think its before the gas station. The road is called Kitchener Rd. Just follow the road. You will step into the most beautiful place its heaven. You will get Mountains the works. I promise I'm not wasting your time.. then go to Leura mall on the left hand side next to the Chemist. A shop call The Dell. Beautiful food an coffee. Then walk right to the back you will see massive windows sit their with a coffee an take in the breathtaking view all Mountains so Magnificent. It's the only coffee shop with that view. I always tell people before you leave beautiful Leura go their an take photos. THE END 🍁🤣 Well my friend I hope I have given you somewhere else to go. But wait their is more for the small price of just 99.9 their is SO MUCH MORE.. that will come another time. So now you are out of my mind back to work.. 🍁 Indie x 🦋

At least it’s mostly just an inconvenience here in the city , the council did a lot of work on better storm water drainage in worst spots. Thoughts are with friends in port Macquarie, the towns up the coast are getting the worst of it :/

Oh its nothing like real floods! its not so bad in the city, but i haven't seen this much water up this high for ages (about 200 ft/ 60m above sea level here & no mountains around!) but looks much worse up around Port Macquarie area. hope it runs out of steam & doesn't move south towards you, I think you've got a high pressure keeping it away for now :)

That’s partly why I’m going through the archives , at least can relive vicariously for a while! Oh isn’t the appearing snow cool ? I literally planned the stop over months before hoping for snow & was so excited when came through the cloud layer. Shame they’re so good at clearing paths in the city though !

@@deepfieldphoto well, I guess in the city, it saved your shoes from getting soaked. It would be so pretty to see it in town though. Give you the good old fashioned Christmas Shopping / Christmas vibes, like we see in the movies. The markets, the hot christmas drinks, and just decorations everywhere. I love it so much (also love your Christmas market vid, i'll take my time watching the rest, give me something to look forward to after working from home. I need to learn how to edit videos, so I can do some of my own. You'd think I'd have this down pat, I'm tech with everything else lol)
