I did the first lane, W side of Cader yesterday, my first outing off tarmac on 890 (Mitas 07+ rear was great). I'd seen your video there the day before but didn't watch as wanted the reveal on my ride. I also took the right fork (wonder what the left is like). I found going good until the fork, then pretty difficult. You were all really committed in the deep grassy ruts and aced them, I did some paddling! I wish I had of watched, I didn't dare take the water on my own having no idea of depth, and seeing ruts in the grass made me think it had to be too deep; had to push up backwards to get run up to the left to escape over grass. The ruts later on downhill before track splts have since got super deep thigh/waste and chewed up; lucky there is still an intact high side to the right! Happy Valley climb you did after looked super tough, well done all!! I was completely knackered after your first trail! Thanks for sharing, great videos 👍

Clean busa, she looks well treated and those extras are on top. I've got a 07 with the same heated grips and gear indicator, along with a cool custom paint and 58 litre Shad topbox (I daily her). Btw looking at those tires tread pattern I don't think they are Power CT, more like Road 5 or 6. Good and durable tires btw. Keep her well and she will last a lot of good and twisty miles.

That’s a nice bike but i wouldn’t say it’s a high miler. I have a 07 last of the gen1 brought it 016 with 22000 k’s and now it’s just done just over 154000k’s still going like a train it all depends how it is maintained and ridden .

Some epic riding there mate. That was some of the gnarlyest stuff I’ve seen you do on your vids. Massively improving from your 701 days. 👍

Blimey, try doing that on a 700 or bigger bike… 501 is so capable on that sort of trail. Lot’s of torque at low revs, ideal to pull you through.

I found mate if you were blue lenses on your goggles or visor you not have to wear glasses most of the time 👍

High mileage on a cycle is better than low miles which will tell you the cycle has been driven and at 50,000 miles even if the bike is 5 to 7 years old it's better than a cycle that has been sitting for several years. My opinion you don't have to do anything right now, wait, ride then you decide. The small dinky is unnoticeable on a black bike.

20k miles is NOT high mileage these bikes can easily go 200k

Early clocks went up to 220mph not 200mph.
