how do I teleport a unit that isn't the player into a specific vehicle via trigger

I've been planning to buy one of these, and now I know it's worth me getting one. I have their desktop studio style one, and it it works really well. That too those has that digital buzz sound. You hardly notice it though in actual use.

These tight time-limits are "just" enough if you're both skilled and lucky enough in the driving, then the bad collision and random position Tanner exits is on foot just makes the game frustrating-especially without save states. I played this when it was contemporary and gave up halfway through the Cuba section.
