It is mission critical when we are in the trenches. We really need to batton down the hatches and drive the business forward. We really need to knock it out for the park before Q2 to really show the customers we have the deliverables. This is all essentially critical.

What age is this targeted at? Are you speaking to adults with careers and presumably employees? I'm not sure they need this sort of "explanation" of change.
I worked an overnight shift and the supervisor wanted to be paid yet stay awake during the day so he could run errands etc. so he would sleep in the bathroom.
Wow…when a leader has to sleep in the bathroom there’s definitely some things that need to be given a 2nd look
Power mart had me do that and told my boss point idgaf about your cards that leads to your bonus.
It’s common to hear how unpopular trying to get employees to sell credit cards isn’t a popular strategy to push on employees who have other responsibilities.
