Please tell me this is a Sim and not a real engagement, but the conversation between the pilot and WSO sounds far too calm and professional to be fake or a Sim.

@@A2Moonclaw Not sure if anything has changed, but I turn up the contrast knob to get some additional definition at longer distances. It makes the view look circular.

How do you become a back seater in dcs I’ve never seen this
Multicrew planes like the F-4, F-14, and some helicopters have two seats, the pilot seat and then WSO/RIO/copilot seats. The second player must also own the full priced module in order to do multicrew for it. I really wish they would offer a second lower-priced module for those who only want to use the back seats, but here we are. If you want to see more multicrew, I have 40 or so PvP videos of strictly back seat gameplay that you can browse.

It's never that great of an idea to fire a missile at a target moving away from you at that range, but we went for it and got lucky that he ignored the warning system blaring in his ears or thought he was going to outrun it.

@@Checklist_STTSo close to the real thing it’s crazy. I’ve seen a lot of movie footage that was far less realistic. All you need to do is make your voices sound as if recorded from the radio, and it will be impossible to tell the difference. Thank you for sharing.

Using ground stabilize doesn’t update your aircraft’s position, so not sure why you’re using it here, but definitely use the regular radar modes. It’s just for SA (Situational Awareness) especially for seeing behind you.
Your icon will move around in Ground Stab just slowly, and yes, it's for SA. It also shows the actual heading of a contact unlike other modes that show closure. Personal preference trumps all, and I use different modes in different situations.
ive yet to come across a f14 that knows what they are doing on the pvp servers they are always going balls deep into enemy territory cause they dont have a real rio
Hi, Strange thing, when I use half action and full action, nothing happens. The functions are well assigned to my hotas. Could you tell me what I probably forgot please? Will you make tutorials on DT bombing or using guided weapons in the rear seat? Good continuation.
Thats a strange one. I know you said they are bound, but is "F-4E WSO" selected instead of "Pilot" in the controls dropdown in the upper left?

Nah, there's a box that is checked by default that sends a notification to subscribers, I've been disabling it for shorts.
@@Checklist_STT Ah ok it fits in perfect anyways.
I add that ding to all the kills because the splash is not always visible, so it helps viewers out.
Main takeaway is that half of the RIOs responsibility is singing songs of encouragement to the pilot.
