Gidday from Melbourne, Down Under... have a look at this video I filmed in 2002, East coast Australia - a real life Siphonophore I found while diving the shallows at the local Wharf dive site. The night before had seen a huge lightning storm which whipped up large seas and I'm guessing, brought in some other deep sea creatures into the shallow waters. My film was shot with the older 4:3 format Mini DV, which is unfortunately lower resolution than what we can now get from an HD camera, or even a GoPro. Enjoy my video......
