Merry Christmas, Kate. The Wyrm is becoming something of a bete noire, isn't it? The Draconic up/down/breath effects only affect the *current* hero, not all heroes. This means that if Tempest blasts all the insects only Tempest faces the retribution, not the entire team. (That's a legit strategy if you think he can soak the damage and you have a decent amount of healing on hand to patch him up) Also, the 10 damage only occurs if there are no cards to use at all. If you have any cards in the trash, shuffle those and use those instead. It's mainly there to stop the heroes cheesing it with Savage Mana or the Legacy variant that gives everyone DR-1 and leaving the Wyrm with nothing to play.

Oof, it's surreal seeing my old deck again, especially with all the leftover jank I didn't know how to deal with in EE. I'd like to think I did a better job with the DE version. That exploit with Alpha and the Sky Golem is still possible in the DE version though, but you could also turn Xtreme Haka into an indestructible 0 HP tank, so eh I'll allow it unless I get complaints. Still, this was an entertaining game. Funny the way it ended, almost like the environment was getting back at the villains for not being able to show itself off the last couple times. Thank you Kate for showing off another one of my decks! Abathur was designed to replicate his gameplay from Heroes of the Storm where he's a very low HP hero that sits back in relative safety, but has global presence with his mines and his symbiotic link. In Sentinels I gave him two main gameplay modes. His basic mode uses his turn's play to develop his support and his power to apply the symbiote. Then on the host's turn he plays symbiote cards to support and destroys the link on power to unrestrict his turn. His second mode is with Hivemind. Once he finds one of his other powers in deck he is able to turn into a consistent summoner, however he loses the ability to repeatedly play his symbiote cards.

The reason you were having so much difficulty is that when you kill an insect you only trigger the icon - either flipping the Wyrm about 45% of the time), doing its ground/flight side damage (about 45% of the time) or blasting you (10% of the time). You were playing every card, so the Villain had about six turns before Teferi even had a go! Also the 10 irreducible will only kick off if petty much all the cards are in play. It shouldn't have kicked off as you had cards in the trash. It's mainly there as a safeguard against Savage Mana shenanigans. Hope that helps and hope Teferi and

And it makes a complete change of pace from most Sentinels games. Names: Jock Steroyd is just a fun little gag. Florence Chappelle is a mix of Florence Nightingale and Nurse Chappelle from Star Trek. Dorothy Batt is a dotty old bat. Olivia Golly Jameson is based off of Superman's friend, Jimmy Olsen. Sam Jones-Peynton is a reference to the UK children's show Fireman Sam. Edwin Crawe was inspired by a character in P G Wodehouse's Joy in the Morning.

Thanks for showing off the video, Kate. The doom attack is basically there as a fail state. It's theoretically possible for every Villain card to be in play in hero areas (or under Savage Mana) at which point the Wyrm will thump you for trying to cheese the game! You should reshuffle (as you did) if you've got cards in the trash.
