lol if you can manage to upset Five Pebbles to that point, yeah, it's kind of over.
Chimney canopy is one of the most cancerous areas in this campaign, dude I swear this area will kill you in the most random ways possibles, I once died to a random elite scav, died to vulture kings killing me on another screen, I almost died to the rain because I had to deal if 3 vulture kings on the same screen and after all this shit 2 normal vulture came to screw me, I was only able to reach the shelter because the rain was coming and they run away, thx God I was close to the shelter otherwise it would be another failed attempt, my karma reseted to the lowest possible like always and I had to grind karma
Chimney canopy on his way to spawn 3 king vultures to fuck my karma for the 5068th time
not that i could reliably beat king vulture, but the mask trick really helped my runs, tysm. I appreciate the no commentary as well it kept the game in focus, although some written comments on the decisions during your run wouldn't be bad.

The Miros Birds are susceptible to flash bangs, the little blue glowing fruits that grow in the memory crypts. It makes their eyes flash & they cannot see you.

Just ascended as a Hunter. Used your route, it's pretty good, so thanks for that. Although I did encounter daddy long legs in Five Pebbles section, but luckily, I was able to avoid them. Man, the beginning is so rough, but if you made it to The Wall it's a lot easier from there because you dont really need high karma anymore (for echoes and nearest gates), so it leaves room for some mistakes (and also you are past hardest platformer challenge). I also in the beginning took vulture's mask (not the king one though), but at the wall cyan lizard dropped on my head, I fell, dropped the mask and it went into abyss. I was able to recover, but mask was lost, which is kinda bad but I didn't wanna restart cycle so I just rolled with it, was pretty funny how it happened. Anyway, great video, helped me a lot!

I've been following along with a streamer playing this for the first time, but it's taking a long time and I wanted to see more of that universe to better understand what was going on. I'm not a gamer, and reading the wiki just isn't the same. thanks for providing us with a taste of what it's like to play rain world, I truly feel like I got to experience something great. :)

Hello long play You may remember me from the survivor run where i completed it Anyways do you have any tips to dave time on cycles during hunter?
Trying to fight all the creatures takes a ton of time, if you can just avoid them after you get enough food and that can save a lot of time. If you get the vulture mask, getting by all the lizards is much easier, so that saves lots of time too!

To just get through the gates, you need to meet the karma level requirement. When you rest after eating enough, you'll see the karma ranking move up, you need to be at least at the level of the gate in order for that gate to let you pass. If not, you can survive in the zone you're in until you get there 👍

@@WayneGlensky-vx5er I've found that once you get the Chieftain passage, you're pretty much good. The wiki more specifically says you need to be over 90 reputation, which would need 9 pearls given across at least 2 cycles since the reputation can only increase by 50 in one cycle. I usually just give them as many pearls and spears as I've got when I cross the tolls and can get to that point crossing two or three times.

@@WayneGlensky-vx5er I think it's best to make sure and prioritize eating, and carry rubbish in one had and a spear in the other. That way if a lizard comes at you, you can hit them with the rubbish and stab them with the spear. Especially in the areas shortly after Memory Crypts since the lizards get pretty aggressive and there's plenty of them.

I wish I could have finished this game. I made it to Farm Arrays but the deers made me quit, their ai was so bad and game blocking that I decided to just watch the end of it here. I am left with mixed feelings. An amazing work of art and a completely unique experience, but also a very broken game, frustrating beyond player's control

The world itself is not procedural, but there is randomized loot in most chests.

I think it was there just randomly... but I assume it was a trap from a dropwig that already caught some other prey before I got there. Always have to be cautious when there's something good lying around!
How do I get past the guardians they're really mean
I don't know of any way to get past them without doing some of the steps in the story. If you meet some characters, then you'll get the progression you need.
