Some are paying 50% upfront on personal loan for 3-4yrs, first 3yrs husband taking personal loan and immediately after husband pays of the personal loan, wife planning to take 4yrs personal loan, and husband planning to take home loan on handover in 2028. Some families are selling idle lying vacant native country properties and buying in Dubai too
