One easy way is the hold the toggle flight assist button down until it toggles auto hover mode, like a helicopter

Yeah I was noticing this too, especially in the Breakout mission. Trading a 76mm shell for a RAM-45 from one of the corvettes feels pretty good when you have 500 rounds of ammunition available; if you don't get countered during shelling you're gonna get through and take out the ship *eventually*, even if it's purely by running it out of ammunition it can use for counterbattery. Honestly the 500 round ammo pool for the 76mm feels a bit overkill to me, but I only play singleplayer so I can't really speak on the actual balance of it. It's tons of fun to use either way

And as far as I'm concerned, they don't look nearly as 'uncanny valley', as the 'HD' models from the Sega Dreamcast version of the game.

@@greensharktwod Not the source version. I basically installed a mod which implements new models, including gun models. The mod is the Half Life HD Pack V2, which you can get from ModDB.

@@Spread_islam_only Yeah you only need two guys to drive in that M113, have another two guys operate the 2nd Vulcan, while you and a soldier commandeer the 1st Vulcan. Keyboard layouts are different per country, but if you search up the Commander guide for Operation Flashpoint (This game’s original name), it’ll provide a much more detailed explanation of how to command troops, and how to make them get into vehicles.

Default key to switch between first and third person view is the enter key on the numpad. Not the enter key under your backspace key.

@@Spread_islam_only As I've said before use the numpad enter key to switch between First person, and third person, where you can see your whole character. You only have to use that specific key to switch between both views.

@@Spread_islam_only the game released in 2001, and received one final farewell update in 2011, fixing a few things. That final version is 1.99. This is the default game, without any mods.
