I own some WF-XM5 Smoky Pink but they are definitely not the best headphones I've ever tried. I liked the Technics EAH-AZ80 and the Sennheiser MTW4. but I like the sony for their Earbuds size and design for me are beautiful. Hopefully Sony gets to work so that the WF-1000XM6 are the best TWs and get the throne back.
Well, even with discount, those 2 are literally super premium prices. I've got this for around 180$ with 3 years warranty though. Kinda sucks that XM4 failed miserably due to software updates, but sound wise and for that pricing, quite good to be fair.

Both are essentially the same with the difference in scent that's all. Black Kraken has the added activated charcoal. Functionality wise, it's gonna be the same for both, the only decision you've got to make is whether which scent or packaging you want it to be.

i think you should get yourself a cheap custom keyboard. there will be no issues, and its a fun experience building it. it would be around 80 usd for a flcmmk mk870 and cheap cherry profile keycaps and gateron yellows.
