Good lord she’s beautiful
Thank you!
Keep grinding your time gone come Nice video🔥🔥🔥
Thanks for the support!

This happened to me. Was away on vacation for two weeks. Drove to the gas station, opened the filler door and lookout 🐝
Mine is definitely louder with the resonator delete.
you realize you couldve just gotten in the car and drove 90 mph and you wouldnt have to spray insecticide where you put your hand
That's not as fun! Besides the car needed gas so it would've run out by that point. Rinsing off with a hose after did the trick fine
🤓
@@bloodsweatandgearsmediaim literally in the same boat right now
Don’t forget to properly aim them so you wont blind others!!
They have been aimed and adjusted after filming!
I have a Kona n, getting a res delete on it monday, my girl just bought a forte gt 2 days ago so that's what brings me here. The exhaust on the gt stock definitely surprised me when I heard it.
Nice! I recently got rid of my Veloster N, it was such a good car. Heard the res delete makes quite a difference on N cars!
what a waste of material.
Heavy ! (too) applications of 518 And threadlock. Cams LAST... for less chance of valve bending on instal.
Vibration Is Not slight.. Yer wrong; Auto boxes have More Vibrations from balance shaft deletes.
Chains NEED replacement Waaay earlier than You thought. Guides break from over stretched Chains. Your Breakin oil change Plans are; Foolish.
Post 1998 Saab engines were SERIOUSLY quality reduced . Blocks , cranks , rods, pistons even the valves were price reduced with genuine reliability reductions. B235's are Not a great engine to spend $$ on. Sadly Saab effectively died in 1999. and it took until 2011 for Gm to fully realise the mess that they had created.
Got my 2021 6speed gt white auto ok but manual better for me
Congrats!
Actually #4 is the most troublesome IIRC. It was 4 for mine but I've seen #1 go too.
6:15 as a Viggen owner with my block sitting at the machine shop for 91mm Wossner bore I can guarantee you that is not the only reason to fit forged pistons. Your engine failure, much like mine and far too many others is directly attributable to these pistons unless it was sludge.
I have almost 200k miles on my stock Viggen internals with nothing major so far *knock on wood*. But unfortunately it is common if MAF goes wrong or some other issue
A month after purchasing my 2000 9-5 2.3t manual a similar thing happened to me on the highway. I dont have the resources or the knowledge quite yet to start a rebuild but I cant wait to get her running again!
I am very new to working on cars and have absolutely no experience or real life mentors to help me out and i of course plan to look around, but is there a guide/resource you could point me towards for a step by step guide on a rebuild?
Search up the saab WIS. It will have lots of instructions on how to remove and replace components, including the drivetrain. Best of luck!
@@bloodsweatandgearsmedia Thank you so much, Ill let you know how it goes!
See my comment above. I'm north of Seattle where are you?
It sounds the same 😂
No engine light after delete?
Nope. Resonator doesn't affect engine codes at all. Just noise
Happy owner of a 2000 Saab 9-5 2.3t manual. Your videos will help me mentally prepare for some work I have planned. Cheers from New Mexico!
don’t know how you got it to pop like that when it downshifts when it’s completely stock. because i have a 2023 kia forte gt stock and doesn’t do that
There was a part of the video when getting parts we drove a different car if that's what you're referring to
I have an Aero changed the sensor, relay and fuel pump i still get the code if I rev. the engine higher. I also use fuel cleaner
It's possible the module that controls fuel pressure is failing, have heard about that in a few cases. But it could be a number of things
I'm all about the VBB and VBCs!!! That's dope!
We can't wait to get it on the road!
Nevermind i seen it in the video
What was the size pipe you got to replace?
Bro, please tell me, does it still has the original rear muffler? I'd like to delete the res on mine but I wouldn't like it to be too loud, great video!
Yeah stock rear muffler in this video, nothing but a res delete. Thanks for watching!
I would recommend doing a straight pipe to the cat with quad tips. you could also go the high flow cat route, but you start getting expensive. you can do the straight pipe yourself or get it done at a shop for 150-300.
We live in an emissions state so catless is hard, but Isaac has some plans for the rest of the exhaust
This is a good video for me cause it tells me i can do the 2nd clean up cat and resonator and enjoy the stock mufflers for a while
Glad it was helpful!
2004 9-5 linear wagon here embarking on a rebuild and upgrades. California car with NO rust.
Best of luck! Sounds like a nice example
Why not buy a real Axel -back exhaust system with a resonator intercooler delete plug a CAI a big mouth snorkel GFB outlet valve and that car will sound like a monster 💀
Did you put sealant lol😂
woohoo! nice
Thanks!
How do you spell Teriadello?
Taliaferro
Sooo no film on the reinstall?
Ran out of time so missed filming it sadly
Port that Turbo!!!!
do a muffler delete and it will sound a lot better... I have a 23' and sounds great with no muffler.
Isaac has been driving it after the video with no rear muffler 👍🏻
What is a muffler delete ? No muffler !? 😂😂 That's ghetto bro
2nd cat delete, muffler delete, add high flow resonator & high flow muffler. That baby will sound reeeeal mean.
Nice videos, Saab fan here ;p. BTW you should not lube under the bearings. ^^
Yup... I mean I have never spun a bearing.. but I guess that is one way to increase your chances!
Soapy water works too.
And won’t hurt the finish.
Thats not shiiiiit dood
Great job bringing it back to life. I like the video caption. " It's Alive! "( Young Frankenstein). That is what I always say when I get something running again. I just got my master slave cylinder in my 1993 Saab 9000 changed and I can drive it after months of not having a functional clutch!
Thanks for the support and congrats on your 9000!
I have changed everything from spark plugs dic and timing chain and I still have a hug misfire I love my 2001 Saab 95
I'd recommend checking down the car for vacuum leaks!
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🙏🏻🌷🇯🇴
Thank you for the support!
Sounds like it needs a little oil in the compressor
had that car for a week and it blew up out of no where
Sorry to hear that! 😢
Main seal behind the flex plate?
We mentioned it later in the video, we had installed it later off camera
Noooo! 😢
We are, in fact, removing the crank bolt again. Oil pump seal is leaking T.T
