What about if the active shooting is on the other side of the glass

Buildings with lock doors, security check ins, cameras, etc. Using shooter attack products in walls, doors, and windows only works if the shooter is outside. Multiple studies have shown the number one way shooters enter secured buildings is to put 1 round thru a sidelight or door glass, which is mostly tempered glass, then walk right in. Please look up how the shooter got into Sandy Hook, which had a locked entrance, one of the worst shootings ever. What would have happened if that shooter had walked up and put a round in the side glass panel and it didn't budge and he couldn't gain access? Understand if our products were in Sandy Hook the shooter would have started shooting the entrance. Yes, it is possible he would have eventually been able to hit someone from shooting from outside. Depending on the level of security film or glass bullets can eventually pass through. But they still are not able to break through hopefully giving those inside the time to take shelter, hide, and call 911. Experts, not us, claim if the shooters are kept outside they will panic, flee, or continue to fight to gain entry, giving the necessary time to allow police to arrive and combat the shooter outside. Most shooter attack products can be rated to last 4 to 12 minutes under heavy bombardment. We can't solve every situation, but hope and pray one day we will make a difference for someone. And to actually answer your question. If the shooter is inside, our swat team snipers have rounds that can penetrate this glass and kill an active shooter inside. The biggest problem is they tend to kill themselves before the police arrive.
