I recommend you look into fast hair growth shampoo to double hair growth.
I disagree with one thing you said respectfully. I thought the "bald head" stereotype came about in the 90s when relaxers were booming, and many bw had short, choppy hair with relaxers, though I know towards the end of the relaxer era some bw grew their hair long with relaxers.
